Because of something I read in a friendfs blog, I read some stories and learnt that Yuriko leads classes for improving the pelvis. Since I entered by 40s, Ifve also realized that diets and aesthetic treatments to cover things up wonft solve whatfs at the root of the problem. Thatfs when I felt clearly that the SBM approach to put right the internal axis was right.

Although itfs a very simple movement, when you try to do it, itfs really tough. At first I felt pains all over. After I finished doing the exercise, I felt it was truly effective. Doing the exercises diligently each night before going to sleep, I feel that my body moves nicely when I do my radio calisthenics in the morning and I feel that my range of movement is improving. When I do the exercises I forget about annoyances! I feel surprisingly calm. As I thought that was great, I decided to switch from using a gym to doing SBM.

I was surprised to find how painful it was from the start. It was so painful that I felt even labour pains were less severe. My right hand started to tingle and when the lesson ended, I wondered if I would be able to keep doing this every day. However, on my way home, having stretched parts of my back that Ifd ignored for a long time, was very surprised to find that my back felt lighter. The teacherfs explanation was very clear and she was easy to talk to.
